About The Role

As a Workplace Experience and Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and supporting the business activities that drive growth.

What Will You Do

Office Management and Support
  • Spearhead office administration tasks, including creating presentations, reports, and business procedures.
  • Manage office supplies, from snacks to equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and vibrant workplace.
  • Coordinate business travel plans, handle expense management, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Employee Experience and Workspace Organization
  • Enhance the quality of meeting rooms and maintain a tidy, organized office space.
  • Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere by organizing team-building activities and fun events.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
Marketing and Sales Support
  • Provide copywriting support for marketing materials, including blog posts and social media content.
  • Assist in the creative production of marketing materials, such as videos, photos, and leaflets.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to establish key relationships outside the office.
Event Coordination and Logistics
  • Support the planning and execution of company events + help with preparation for business trips.
  • Manage logistics, including mail, deliveries, and minor shopping tasks, ensuring a seamless daily operation.
Administrative Tasks
  • Scan, sort, and archive documents, handling ad hoc duties with efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to maintain a dynamic and efficient workplace.


  • 1-3 years of work experience in a tech-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English and Czech (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
