What Will You Do
- Answer tech-related questions of our potential and existing clients (mostly email and Slack communication)
- Help qualified leads integrate our solution
- Use internal systems and tools to configure and parameterize recommendation algorithms (we will teach you everything!)
- Closely cooperate with the Machine Learning team to consult on how to deliver the required functionality to the customer
Requirements
- Tech savviness and experience with solving technical problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of some programming languages (e.g. Python or Javascript)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
