What Will You Do
- Answer tech-related questions of our potential and existing clients
- You will help qualified leads integrate our solution
- Search for new ways for the business department to automatize its processes
- Regularly provide the rest of the business team with actionable insights based on data analysis
- Work as a part of the business team with frequent meetings with our technical team to gain a full understanding of our solution advancements
Requirements
- Tech savviness and experience with solving technical problems of Level1 tier
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages - Python, Javascript, C++
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in the IT department/University degree with a focus on IT
- Similar job experience is a big advantage
- International experience, understanding of SaaS tech/personalization industry is a plus
